so what is the problem?
Their are few things, first we have to understand that the body is not a machine, and for every collection their and acceptation. We have defined weight loss as deduction in weekly calorie consumption (the amount the body burns) – but how much the body burns?
The burning is changing for one person to another, their are people that burn, in complete rest 900 calories per day and some people, in complete rest, are burning 1,800 calories.
Their is variety of tools to measure calorie burn while in rest, and in the future more articles will be written on the subject., but off course that all the subject of losing calories is not based on burring calories in complete rest.
Assuming we didn’t conduct an exam to measure our calorie burn, their are calculators (very general and not accurate) that measure the average calorie burning by age, gender, weight, body structure, height and other parameters. Using those calculators it is relatively easy to conduct a calculation, a rough estimate about weight loss.
The average of burning calories in rest plus activity is running in-between 1,500 to 3,000 calories per day, depends on the type of activity that we do and in our body structure, off-course as long as our calorie burn is higher it will be easier to experience weight loss if we drop a little bit the amount of calories we put into the body.
